Comaintel's calendar roll heating system offers an energy efficient solution to replace hot oil or steam traditionally used for heating and calendering. Our products can be used in industrial fields such as textile, aluminum (laminators), plastic, and paper industries etc... Comaintel's system solves problems caused by cold or hot roll edges. Our narrow zones permits a precise temperature control over the entire width of the roll. The system can also be used for caliper control such as in the paper industry.


	Comaintel's mission is to develop and commercialize magnetic induction roll heating systems and related process control tools and sensors. Its products are designed to improve the efficiency of industrial processes utilizing metal rolls for the production and transformation of their products. The mission is possible because of continued R&D in the areas of power electronics and magnetism, allowing the production of energy efficient, induction heating sources and work coils at a system's price, which is competitive to traditional roll heating approaches.
